Rafa Benitez is expected to make three changes to his Napoli side to face Athletic Bilbao in the Champions League tonight.

The Azzurri are at San Mames needing a win or a score draw by two goals or more to advance through this Play-off round, to the group stages of the competition, following last week’s 1-1 draw at the San Paolo.

For this tie, Benitez is speculated as likely to make three changes to his starting XI, beginning at left-back with Faouzi Ghoulam replacing Miguel Britos.

Central midfield will reportedly also see a change, with Walter Gargano to drop to the bench in favour of Gokhan Inler.

The final apparent change will see Dries Mertens, a substitute last week, replace Lorenzo Insigne from the kick-off.

The Gazzetta dello Sport believes Athletic Bilbao will line up largely similar to last week, but with Ibai Gomez possibly coming into midfield in place of Mikel Rico.

Probable line-ups

Athletic Bilbao: Iraizoz; De Marcos, Laporte, Gurpegi, Balenziaga; Benat, Iturraspe; Susaeta, Ibai, Muniain; Aduriz

Napoli: Rafael; Maggio, Albiol, Koulibaly, Ghoulam; Jorginho, Inler; Callejon, Hamsik, Mertens; Higuain
