With the Brazilian playmaker set for a switch to the Nerazzurri, Radio Mana Mana Sport believe that the capital outfit will try and fill that gap in the squad by making a move for the French attacker.
Kakuta has flattered to deceive since joining the Premier League side in 2009, playing just six League games in that time.
The 22-year-old has been on loan at Fulham, Bolton, Dijon and is currently on a short-term deal with Vitesse.
However, the radio station insists that a deal for Kakuta will be completed before the window shuts at 22.00 GMT, with the trequartista signing until the end of the season.
