Italian papers claim Roma will sell Pablo Daniel Osvaldo to the Premier League to raise €15m for Manchester United’s Nani.

This is not the first time the Giallorossi have been heavily linked with Nani, as the Portuguese winger is out of contract in 2014, so likely to be sold this summer.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Manchester United will release the 26-year-old for under €15m – approximately £13m.

Nani made only 11 Premier League appearances last season and scored one goal.

Roma would raise the funds for this move by selling striker Osvaldo to a Premier League club, as the fiery forward is in talks with Manchester City and Tottenham.

Osvaldo was put on the market after publicly insulting then-Coach Aurelio Andreazzoli following the Coppa Italia Final defeat to Lazio in May.

The outburst also cost the 27-year-old his spot at the Confederations Cup with Italy, though he scored 16 goals in 29 Serie A games last season.
