Massimiliano Allegri will finally meet with Milan President Silvio Berlusconi tonight to decide on his future.

The encounter has been postponed several times over the last two weeks, but they will finally sit down together at Berlusconi’s Arcore home.

It will be a dinner between Berlusconi, Allegri and Vice-President Adriano Galliani.

There are two options to emerge from this meeting, as either Allegri will be confirmed for next season or he’ll leave to take up Roma’s job offer.

It is reported that Allegri is demanding reinforcements for the squad and a contract extension, although the club is only prepared to sign on to a new deal past 2014 if Milan win their Champions League play-off.

Berlusconi is still unsure of Allegri’s suitability after three years in which the Rossoneri won the Scudetto, finished second and third in Serie A.

The patron would prefer to bring in Clarence Seedorf, who has no management experience and is still playing in Brazil with Botafogo.

“It is a vexed question,” Berlusconi told Mattino Cinque on Friday.

“I think we will meet with Galliani and the Coach probably by Sunday night and from there a solution will emerge that is not difficult to find if everyone puts themselves in the right direction, looks to their conscience and tries to choose what is best for our Milan.”
