Francesco Totti is in the Roma squad to face Palermo tomorrow evening, but Giulio Migliaccio’s absence further reshuffles the Sicilian defence.

Both teams are dealing with problems going into the Saturday night kick-off at the Stadio Barbera.

Totti had a slight muscular problem this week, but did take part in training today and is in the squad travelling to Sicily.

Rodrigo Taddei and Simone Perrotta have been left at home with the injured Juan, Miralem Pjanic and Nicolas Burdisso.

Luis Enrique must do without the trio of suspended stars Maarten Stekelenburg, Daniel Pablo Osvaldo and Marco Cassetti.

Palermo are without both Matias Silvestre and Migliaccio, as the latter came down with a bout of flu, forcing Bortolo Mutti to completely revamp his defence.

Ezequiel Munoz looks set to get a rare start at the back with Andrea Mantovani.

There were doubts over striker Abel Hernandez, but he is in the squad, albeit not fit to start.

Roma squad: Bojan, Borini, Cicinho, Curci, De Rossi, Gago, Greco, Heinze, Josè Angel, Kjaer, Lamela, Lobont, Marquinho, Pigliacelli, Piscitella, Ricci, Rosi, Simplicio, Tallo, Totti

Palermo squad: Brichetto, Tzorvas, Viviano; Aguirregaray, Balzaretti, Mantovani, Milanovic, Munoz, Pisano; Acquah, Barreto, Bertolo, Della Rocca, Donati, Ilicic, Vazquez, Zahavi; Budan, Hernandez, Mehmeti, Miccoli
