Italy team manager Lele Oriali believes Spain will “have a little more respect for Italy” after the Euro 2016 result.

These sides meet again three months after Italy’s 2-0 victory in the Euro 2016 Round of 16.

“It certainly won’t be the same match, as Spain will have a little more respect for Italy,” Oriali told Rai Sport.

“They also have a new Coach and a slightly renovated squad. They have changed, as they still focus on possession, but move it around quicker with more vertical passes, so are more dangerous.”

Can Giampiero Ventura engender the same passion and commitment from the Italy squad as Antonio Conte?

“When he needs to, Ventura makes himself heard from the touchline. We have continued the good work done in the Euros, as even down to 10 men against Israel they showed the same character we saw in France.

“We hope to maintain above all our unbeaten record at the Juventus Stadium.”
