Frey was caught on camera kicking Balotelli in the back after a tussle and has been suspended for three rounds.

The players given a one-match ban are Michelangelo Albertazzi (Verona), Arturo Vidal (Juventus), Alessandro Lucarelli (Parma), Fabian Rinaudo (Catania), Luca Rossettini (Cagliari), Stefan Savic (Fiorentina) and Guglielmo Stendardo (Atalanta).

Sampdoria Coach Mihajlovic was handed a two-game touchline ban after he hurled abuse at the fourth official and the referee during a 0-0 draw with Fiorentina on Sunday.
