Unlucky Roma star Nicolo Zaniolo will return to action in March or April after a knee injury, says his mum Francesca Costa.
"Nicolò is doing quite well, he is also more motivated. He does physiotherapy every day and double training at home,” she told Radio Kiss Kiss on Monday.
“He’s mentally charged and we hope he recovers well.
“Last last night he watched Italy on tv and cheered for his teammates. He told his father: ‘I would have liked to be there with them too'”.

Zaniolo picked up a knee injury while on duty with Italy National team this past September. The 21-year-old had had a similar injury in January and took six months to return to action.
“Nicolò can return in March or April, I think,” his mum said.
“It’s not too early and not too late. It could be a nice date."
