“I am preparing for the beginning of a new chapter in my football career with one of the biggest clubs in Asia,” Mandzukic told the Al-Duhail website.
“I will work with my new teammates to help the team achieve its goals.”
The 33-year-old Croatia international did not play at all for Juventus this season, as he was not part of their plans.
He made 126 competitive appearances for Juve, scoring 44 goals, since he arrived from Atletico Madrid in July 2015 for €23.5m.
