Turkey international defender Merih Demiral is having his medical for a €15m transfer from Sassuolo to Juventus today.
The 21-year-old centre-back had also received offers from around Europe, but Juve worked out the details early and secured his word.
It’s likely Demiral will remain in Turin and not go out on loan next season.
He only joined Sassuolo from Alanyaspor for €7m in January, but made a big impact on Serie A with his performances, including two goals in 14 appearances.
