Napoli are sweating over the fitness of Piotr Zielinski after Poland confirmed he had a back problem.
Zielinski was replaced an hour into Poland’s 1-0 victory over Austria on Thursday, and CT Jerzy Brzeczek confirmed after the game that the 24-year-old ‘felt pain in his back’ and would require tests.
The former Udinese midfielder has been a regular for the Partenopei this season, scoring five goals in 38 appearances, and his side face Serie A rivals Roma next weekend.
