SPAL’s President reveals Napoli ‘aren’t the only team’ in for Manuel Lazzari and that he would accept ’€20-25m’ for the right-sider this summer.

Napoli are reportedly keen on bringing in a new right-back, while Lazzari has become sought-after thanks to a breakthrough campaign with SPAL last season, which ended with an Italy cap.

“If something happened in these last few hours with Napoli then I wouldn’t know as our sporting director is in Milan,” Simone Colombarini told Radio CRC.

“Napoli aren’t the only team following Lazzarri, but neither is there the will to sell him now, nor the need to sell him in the future.

“Having said that, we’re not in the condition to stop a player who deserves a team with bigger ambitions.

“Right now I see it difficult for him to move in January and we don’t want to deprive ourselves of him

“His price in June is dictated by the market. I’ve read figures between 20-25m in newspapers, which seems enough to me.”
