“I think we had the right approach, we stepped on to the field with the right mentality,” Caicedo told Sky Sport Italia.

“Apollon play good football and don’t forget they beat FC Basel. They tried to keep the ball in the final 10-15 minutes, but we played well overall.”
Caicedo assisted the Luis Alberto goal with a sensational back-heel and was brought down for the penalty.
He appeared to ask Ciro Immobile if he could take the spot-kick, but there was no swaying the Italian.
“I talked to him and usually he takes the penalties. He said that he wanted to take it and that’s where the conversation ended.
“This was my first 90 minutes of the season. I have to find my form and I’m happy that the Coach had faith in me.”
