Liverpool were fined a total of €29,000 for several different incidents in their matches against Manchester City and Roma, including an attack on the City team bus.

However, it is notable that no verdict has yet been passed down on the events of the first leg semi-final at Anfield.

Liverpool fan Sean Cox was left in critical condition with a head injury after an attack by two Roma ultras, who were arrested that same evening and remain in custody awaiting trial.

It is believed UEFA will announce its findings on that incident, and consequent punishment, later this week.

Juventus captain Gigi Buffon is also still waiting to find out the extent of his suspension for insults aimed at referee Michael Oliver during and after the quarter-final with Real Madrid.
