Inter boss Luciano Spalletti believes the ‘uncertainty’ of who will qualify for the Champions League ‘benefits everyone’ in Serie A.

The battle for second and third place in Serie A will go down to the wire, with only a point separating Roma, Lazio and Inter ahead of the final four rounds of fixtures.

“The fixture list doesn’t matter,” the Coach told RMC Sport.

“We must have the character to enjoy this type of uncertainty because those who have this quality are waiting to enjoy Sunday’s game.

“Do Lazio and Roma have the advantage? Certainly, they have a point more than us. There’s so much to play for from so few games.

“Sarri and Allegri? They’re only my neighbours… if you want, I can invite them to dinner and maybe I’ll learn something from them because they really know what they’re doing and they’ll manage the run-in well.

“Will I watch Roma tomorrow? Of course, there’s something to learn from these games and Roma, who have done extraordinary things in the Champions League.

“The club and Coach deserve credit, but most of all do the players. Sarri’s rude gesture to Juve fans? He seemed to have explained it correctly.

“It’s been a season full of uncertainties, but one that everyone benefits from.”
