Paul Pogba still hasn’t made his return to the Juventus squad and time is running out for the Frenchman to convince Didier Deschamps to bring him to the World Cup in Qatar.
The 29-year-old midfielder returned to the Bianconeri in the summer on a free transfer, penning a four-year deal with the club. His arrival was much-anticipated in Turin but did not get off to a good start as he was immediately sidelined with a knee issue. Pogba initially elected for a conservative treatment cycle before eventually agreeing to surgery at the start of September.
As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Pogba restarted partial squad training last week but still hasn’t reached full match fitness yet, with Massimiliano Allegri confirming that he won’t take part in Juventus’ next league clash against Lecce.
Deschamps will announce his France squad for the World Cup on November 9, giving Pogba only 12 days to convince the coach to bring him to the tournament. He is desperate to receive a call-up and is working hard to build his match fitness.
Pogba has not played in an official match since April 19 and his last full match came on March 12.

how can you become 90mins match fit in 12 days – its impossible, it will be wrong not too take him, he does perform very well for france, not like france have many creative midfielders inform, hes good enough for 70-75mins then take him off, by the time they get to quaters he will be match fit.
france is biggest issue is not to play nkunku
At least he can take comfort knowing he has 12 years left at the 7/9 bush leaguers. A safe place club that protects, coddles and acquires vintage antiques, broken down bangers and scrap heap metal. This does not include the wise man of calcio better known as the hexagon commander of 19th Century back back.
