Paris Saint-Germain Coach Unai Emery calls Claudio Ranieri “a reference for every Coach” and says it’s a “privilege” for Ligue 1 to have him at Nantes.
The two sides face each other on Sunday night, and the Italian has defied expectations the Canaris to fifth-place in the French top flight.
“He’s a reference for every Coach around the world,” Emery said in his pre-match Press conference.
“He’s worked with a lot of teams, he has a lot of experience, he won the Premier League title with Leicester [City] to the surprise of everyone.
“It’s a privilege for the French league to have a Coach like him at Nantes. All the teams he’s coached have been very competitive.
“They are a very difficult team, and they’ll be playing with their home crowd behind them.”
