Juve went on to win the Scudetto that season and every year since, but the former Milan CEO believes things could have been different if that goal had been allowed.
“Certainly VAR is eliminating a long of mistakes,” Galliani told SportMediaset.
“Who knows, with that Muntari goal maybe the history of Italian football could have changed. It’s useless to talk about the past though, we look forward.”
