The Rossoneri are in Greece tonight looking to seal their place in the Last 32, which they will achieve if they avoid defeat.

The Coach has experience in Greece after taking charge of OFI Crete, and spoke to Milan TV about his return.

“It was a fundamental step in my growth, it gave me so much emotion,” Gattuso said.

“It was hard, because there weren’t the best conditions to work, but I knew what I was getting into.

“I also think of a lot of good things, I met people proud to carry the values of the club through a period of difficult financial conditions.

“Tonight is a very difficult game, I conceded five goals here with OFI Crete, and I also saw Juventus lose here in the 2014-15 Champions League.

“It’s not an easy place to go. We must make sure we don’t underestimate them and that we’re not surprised, because they’ll definitely start strong.

“They have a lot of experience, they’ve played in European competition for many years, more in the Champions League than Europa League.

“They’re a difficult team, very quick, and if you give them an open pitch they can cause you problems.

“We must have respect for the opponent, because they can cause us big problems.”
