Yohan Benalouane has spoken of his pride at joining Atalanta, and is confident that he can achieve his goals at La Dea.
The Algerian completed his transfer from Parma earlier this week, and the defender has admitted that the Bergamo outfit made him feel wanted.
“Atalanta is an historic club,” he told reporters. “It is an honour for me to wear this shirt. I have had a good first impressions of things here.
“he training ground is magnificent, and for me the human aspect was also important. The club made it clear that they wanted me.
“I’m not at full fitness yet, but I feel good. I am ready to play my part.
“My goal is to play all the game until now and the end of the season. I want to help the team and will commit every day to doing that.”
