Inter and Japan full-back Yuto Nagatomo has been named as the 2013 Asian Football Confederation Asian International Player of the Year.
The 27-year-old becomes the second Japanese player, after Shinji Kagawa, to be handed the award.
Nagatomo polled ahead of CSKA Moscow ace Keisuke Honda – who is set to join city rivals Milan in January – and Bayer Leverkusen’s Son Heung-Min.
