Michele Pazienza has categorically ruled out a move away from Serie A side Bologna this summer.
The 30-year-old transferred to the Stadio Dall’Ara a year ago from Juventus for a fee of just €500,000, signing a contract worth €0.85m a season until 2015.
However, the former Udinese and Napoli man struggled to break into the first team plans of boss Stefano Pioli which raised doubts over his future.
“I’ll certainly stay at Bologna,” he underlined to Sky Sport Italia. “I’ll look to redeem myself after a difficult first campaign here.”
