Giorgio Chiellini has admitted he would be 'delighted' if Alessandro Diamanti joined Juventus in the summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reported this morning that the Bianconeri were hoping to lure the Bologna playmaker to Turin at the end of the season.
And the defender has conceded that it would be a great signing for his team.
“I'd be delighted,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “First of all because Alessandro is a great player.
“He's turned out to be decisive for the National Team despite playing for Bologna, and we know how difficult it is to make an impact at a provincial team.
“And secondly because he is a great friend.
“I have known him for years. I hope he arrives here.”
