Luca Toni has admitted that he could leave Fiorentina in the summer. “Sunday may be my last at the Franchi…”
The veteran joined the Viola for the second time in his career in August, but he only put pen to paper on a deal until June.
“Sunday may be my last at the Stadio Franchi,” the 2006 World Cup winner commented. “I want to say goodbye to the fans as I don’t know whether I’ll be staying.
“Everyone knows how happy I am in Florence, but in order for me to stay then there has to be enthusiasm from both sides.
“At the end of the season I will speak with the club and we will make a decision. If there is indifference about me staying then I’ll go.”
Fiorentina play Toni’s former club Palermo this weekend. Toni, 35, has scored seven goals in 26 League games this term.
