Esteban Cambiasso is the latest Inter player to pick up an injury after the club confirmed a muscle problem.
The Argentine veteran is set for a spell on the sidelines after tests showed a muscle tear in the adductor of his left leg.
The 32-year-old is the club’s most used midfielder in Serie A this term thanks to his 29 appearances.
Inter are already without the likes of Diego Milito, Cristian Chivu, Rodrigo Palacio, Antonio Cassano and Yuto Nagatomo.
The Beneamata, seventh in the standings, will face Parma at home on Sunday.
