Diego Fabbrini will consider an Udinese exit in January should he fail to see more regular action.
Fabbrini, 22, is one of the country’s most exciting prospects and he was given a full Italian cap in the August friendly defeat to England.
However, the attacking midfielder has only made five appearances in Serie A so far this season for a total of 151 minutes.
“Fabbrini is a talent, but he needs to play to show that,” representative Beppe Galli told Sport Italia.
“It’s certainly not an ideal situation and the player himself has asked for more space in the side to prove himself.
“To get value out of a youngster you have to give them a chance.
“I’ve spoken with the club and if things continue as they are then it would be right to find a solution that would allow him more regular playing time.”
