Alexandre Pato was surrounded by angry Milan fans as he tried to leave San Siro on Sunday following the 3-1 loss to Fiorentina.
The Brazilian had a day to forget as he missed a first half penalty and he was subsequently replaced by Giampaolo Pazzini at half-time.
As he tried to drive out of the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, he was forced to stop by a small group of Diavolo supporters who had gathered outside of the arena’s garage gates.
Reports suggest that he was verbally insulted and jeered.
The 24-year-old has had a difficult start to the season where another injury has restricted him to just one goal in six games across all competitions.
