Napoli have signed Blerim Dzemaili, with Manuele Blasi and Fabiano Santacroce sent to Parma as part of the deal.

The 25-year-old, a Swiss international, has been netted outright by the Azzurri after talks were successfully concluded with the Gialloblu.

Santacroce, a 24-year-old defender, has joined Parma on loan with an option to buy next year in exchange.

Blasi, now 30, has rejoined the Stadio Tardini outfit on a permanent basis, seven years after leaving Parma for Juventus.

Meanwhile, Napoli have also noted that defender Gianluca Grava has signed a contract extension until June 2012.
