Di Natale: I have two targets

Antonio Di Natale has two dreams after rejecting a move to Juventus – to end his career at Udinese and to score 100 Serie A goals for the club.

The veteran striker, last year's Capocannoniere with 29 strikes, was targeted by the Old Lady during the summer but he turned them down.

"I have a contract at Udinese until 2013 and I intend to end my career at this club," said the World Cup player.

"I'm happy here and I decided to stay because I listened to my heart.

"I still want to give a lot to this team and I want to score 100 top-flight goals with this shirt on my back."

Di Natale, who netted a hat-trick in the 4-0 win over Lecce on Sunday, is now on 89 Serie A goals for the outfit.

"The World Cup, which was a wonderful experience, took a lot of energy out of me," he added when questioned about his initial struggles this term.

"I've always worked hard to give my best though.

"And it was sad to read the false stories about my relationship with boss Francesco Guidolin," he continued.

"The Coach is very experienced and I see many similarities between him and [Zenit boss] Luciano Spalletti in the way they work and think."

Di Natale, who turned 33 in October, joined the Stadio Friuli outfit in the summer of 2004 from Empoli.
