Walter Mazzarri has attempted to shake Napoli out of their disappointment following last night's defeat to Villarreal in the Europa League.
The Partenopei went ahead at El Madrigal, scoring a precious away goal, but Villarreal cancelled out the deficit before half-time through Nilmar and Giuseppe Rossi.
"We go out of Europe with our heads held high," Mazzarri said. "Now another Final awaits us against an extraordinary team like Milan, but we are not talking about the Scudetto.
"With my players, I behave like a father with his kids.
"I am severe when I need to be, but I also know when to listen to their problems.
"This is why they always give their maximum," he concluded.
