Pioli demands super Chievo

Chievo boss Stefano Pioli concedes that his side will need to put in a "super" performance if they are to stop Milan.

The Veronese outfit entertain the Rossoneri at the Bentegodi this weekend in a game that the tactician knows will be difficult.

"On paper, we should lose this one but games always begin at 0-0, 11 against 11, and we are determined to play our cards," he noted.

"Milan are not top of the table by chance. They have the best defence and the best attack, they deserve their position in the standings.

"We'll need to be super against Milan."

Chievo go into the game following a heavy 4-1 loss at Cagliari, but they have registered wins against Brescia and Napoli lately, as well as holding Lazio to a draw in Rome.
