Fiorentina have sold veteran midfielder Cristiano Zanetti to Brescia, according to the club's official website.

The 33-year-old former Juventus and Roma utility player has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at the Rigamonti stadium.

He is expected to make his debut on Wednesday when Brescia travel to Roma.

The Rondinelle are back under the stewardship of Beppe Iachini after Mario Beretta was sacked.
