Colantuono: 'How to beat Milan'

Stefano Colantuono warns Atalanta “need a perfect performance, but we can do it” to beat Milan in today’s derby.

The Rossoneri make a short trip from Milan to Bergamo in order to play at the Stadio Azzurri d’Italia.

“We are determined and ready to go into a great challenge,” said the Coach. “We need a perfect performance, but we can do it. We cannot afford to get anything wrong.

“The way to beat Milan is by keeping concentrated and also of course hoping for some errors from our opponents.

“I expect to see a united Atalanta, capable of holding out under pressure and showing more grit than anyone else. Of course everyone can see Milan have better players compared to Atalanta, but that doesn’t mean everything in football.”

Atalanta squad:Consigli, Frezzolini, Polito; Bellini, Ferri, Lucchini, Manfredini, Masiello, Peluso, Raimondi; Bonaventura, Carmona, Caserta, Cigarini, Ferreira Pinto, Minotti, Padoin, Schelotto; Denis, Gabbiadini, Marilungo, Moralez, Tiribocchi
