The agent of Manolo Gabbiadini has conceded that his client needs more playing time at Serie A club Atalanta.
The 20-year-old has become a sensation for the Italian Under-21 side after netting 10 goals in 13 appearances.
However, the young striker is finding it hard to get minutes at the Stadio Azzurri d’Italia this season.
“Gabbiadini is doing well, really well, with the Italian Under-21 side and he has a lot of quality,” stated Silvio Pagliari to Sky Sport Italia.
“Atalanta don’t want to sell him, they have been very clear about that, but he needs more space in the team.”
Gabbiadini has made six Serie A appearances this season, five as a substitute, for a total of 113 minutes.
Gabbiadini is also struggling to get into the Atalanta team as they have German Denis in their side – Serie A’s top scorer thanks to his 10 goals so far this term.
