Parma have shot down reports that young striker Alberto Paloschi could rejoin Milan during January.
The Rossoneri, who co-own the player, need a new forward after Pippo Inzaghi was ruled out for the season with injury.
Inzaghi himself has suggested that the Italian Under-21 international would be his ideal replacement, but the Tardini outfit don't seem keen on releasing him.
"Paloschi is co-owned between Milan and ourselves and we intend to keep him," Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi noted.
"He will decide his future, but our priority for January is to get him and Daniele Galloppa back to full fitness."
Paloschi has had an injury plagued 18 months at the Stadio Tardini.
