Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund and West Ham have set their sights on Sassuolo and Italy forward Domenico Berardi, claim Sportitalia.

The right-sided attacking winger will turn 27 next month and has spent his entire career at the Mapei Stadium, famously turning down a transfer to Juventus when the Turin giants co-owned his contract.

However, he has reached a new level of maturity and may well be ready to move on after impressing at UEFA EURO 2020.

Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà claims that both Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund have enquired about Berardi’s availability.

West Ham United had already been linked with the Azzurri player over the last few weeks.

The Stamford Bridge side had originally targeted Federico Chiesa, but Juventus have absolutely no intention of selling the former Fiorentina talent.

Berardi scored 17 goals and provided eight assists in 30 Serie A appearances for Sassuolo last season.

Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina have also shown an interest in Berardi for the Serie A market, but he is more likely to go abroad.
