Both these sides have to recover from a heavy defeat last week, as the Sicilians fell 4-0 at home to Milan and the Giallorossi were beaten by local rivals Lazio” data-scaytid=”2″>Lazio.

There were doubts over Totti, who had a muscular problem during training this week, but he does start with Lamela and Borini.

Daniel Pablo Osvaldo, Maarten Stekelenburg and Marco Cassetti are all suspended, joining the injured Miralem Pjanic, Rodrigo Taddei, Juan, Simone Perrotta and Nicolas Burdisso.

Simon Kjaer starts against his former club, while Leandro Greco gets the nod in midfield.

Palermo have to reshuffle their defence, as Giulio Migliaccio’s bout of flu means he joined Matias Silvestre and Armin Bacinovic in the stands. Ezequiel Munoz therefore gets a rare start with Andrea Mantovani.

Miccoli starts with Igor Budan and support from Israeli international Eran Zahavi, so Josip Ilicic is dropped to the bench.
