The director was seen entering the training complex this afternoon, and left just an hour and a half later.
According to Sky, Galliani and Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic spoke to the players, and instructed them to give more, following the weekend defeat to Genoa.
Training was delayed by an hour, with the meeting taking place in the media room at Milanello between Galliani, Mihajlovic and the squad.
