Roma are reportedly in negotiations with Hajduk Split to create a synergy between clubs, exchanging players in future.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Croatian club President Marin Brbic, director of sport Goran Vucevic and chief scout Sasa Bjelanovic attended a meeting at Roma’s Trigoria training ground.
The Giallorossi hope that with this synergy they can get first refusal on the young talents being churned out by Hajduk Split.
In turn, Roma would send figures out on loan to the Croatian side and help co-ordinate training camps.
