Roma have confirmed that goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny dislocated his finger during Wednesday’s 1-1 draw with Barcelona.
The Poland international was forced to leave the pitch during the Champions League encounter after a clash with Barca striker Luis Suarez.

Roma released a statement this morning confirming the extent of Szczesny’s injury.
“The Giallorossi goalkeeper has suffered a dislocation of the fourth finger on his left hand and will undergo tests in the next few hours to confirm the extent of the injury,” read the statement
