The First Round of the Coppa Italia was played tonight, including a record-breaking 15-0 Cittadella victory.
This phase involves Lega Pro and Serie D teams and the Second Round will be on Sunday August 9.
Cittadella smashed Potenza 15-0, which set a new record as the biggest win and highest-scoring game in Coppa Italia history.
Remarkably, 10 of those goals came in the second half and 18-year-old striker Giulio Bizzotto was responsible for four of them.

It wasn’t entirely a surprise, as Potenza are on the verge of bankruptcy and therefore fielded youth team players.
Brescia and Lecce needed penalties to get the better of Cremonese and Catanzaro respectively.
