Sassuolo have officially signed midfielder Alfred Duncan from Sampdoria.
The former Inter man has arrived on loan with option to buy at the end of the season.
Duncan passed his medical today and Sassuolo announced the completion of the transfer.
The 22-year-old Ghana international started out in the Inter youth academy in 2010, going on loan to Livorno and Sampdoria.
The Blucerchiati bought him outright for €2.6m earlier this month.
