The meeting included Cagliari director of sport Stefano Capozucca and Vice-President Stefano Filucchi, Napoli director Cristiano Giuntoli and the player’s agent.
Astori has 10 Italy caps and made 22 Serie A starts for Roma last season, scoring one goal.
