Roma have officially announced the sale of Jose Holebas to Watford, for a fee of up to €3m.
It was reported earlier today that a deal had been struck between the two clubs, with the Greek international having already accepted a move.
“AS Roma announces that it has agreed a deal with Watford FC for the permanent transfer of Jose Holebas, for a fee of €2.5m,” a statement on the club’s official website confirmed.

“The agreement also provides for a bonus fee of €500,000 if the English club achieve certain sporting goals.”
