Verona have officially signed Federico Viviani from Roma, despite him agreeing terms with Palermo only yesterday.
The Italy Under-21 international midfielder underwent a medical today and the deal was announced this evening for €4m.
It was a surprise twist, as for several weeks he has been on the verge of a move to Palermo.
“We’ve got Viviani from Roma,” confirmed Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini on Monday.

The negotiations sensationally collapsed last night and the 23-year-old completed his transfer to Verona.
