“For Diaz we will give the priority to Roma, but if they don’t make it official then we’ll listen to an offer that has arrived from a Dutch side,” agent Gianni Delmes told Radio Viva.
Still only 17, Diaz can play as a support striker or in the centre-forward role.

He scored one goal in two caps for the Paraguay Under-20 team.
Before Roma surged ahead, Diaz had been of interest to Chelsea and his father was even a guest at Stamford Bridge.
“I am told that it is all but done for my transfer to Roma,” he told RGS Futbol in May.
“I still do not know when I will leave for Italy, but in essence my move to Roma has been confirmed.”
