Sampdoria have confirmed that Pedro Obiang will join English side West Ham United for next season.
The 23-year-old joined the Blucerchiati from Atletico Madrid in 2008, and the fee taking him to Upton Park is thought to be around €6.8m.
“U.C. Sampdoria announces that it has sold the player Pedro Obiang outright to West Ham United FC,” a statement on the club’s website confirmed.
