If the offer does not suit Napoli, then Higuain probably won’t push the matter further.

The striker has been increasingly irritable this season, culminating in his substitution at half-time during a 3-1 defeat to Juventus on Saturday.

Rafa Benitez is set to leave for Real Madrid and will speak at a Press conference on Thursday afternoon.

Napoli have to beat Lazio on Sunday night or miss out on a Champions League preliminary round spot.
