Juventus striker Carlos Tevez reportedly had his driving licence suspended for speeding, going at 120km/h inside a tunnel.

According to news agency ANSA, the Argentine was stopped when he was driving through the Mont Blanc tunnel that separates Italy from France.

There are strict speeding laws in the Mont Blanc tunnel ever since a deadly fire in March 1999.

The speed limit in the tunnel is 70km/h (43.5mph) and Tevez's car was clocked at 120km/h (74.5mph).

Tevez has history of driving misdemeanours, as he was banned in 2013 for ignoring speeding tickets, then given another six-month ban, a £1,000 fine and 250 hours of community service for driving while disqualified and without insurance.
