Stephan El Shaarawy has returned to Milan training, and is reportedly targeting the last three games of the season.

The Italian international has been out of action with a compound fracture of his fifth metatarsal, but returned to training at Milanello yesterday.

The striker will follow a personalised training regime for the next two weeks, before starting to work with the ball again.

According to Tuttosport, the former Genoa man is looking at May 17’s trip to Sassuolo as the date for a possible return, at least to the Rossoneri bench.

The player would then hope to be in contention for a start when Torino visit San Siro the following week, before the final day trip to Bergamo to face Atalanta.
